Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you join the PillsDock wishlist. PillsDock is currently a concept-stage product preparing for a Kickstarter launch, and this site does not sell anything or process payments — the only personal data we collect today is the email address you choose to give us.

What we collect

Email address — submitted through the "Join wishlist" form on this site.
Basic technical and usage data — Netlify may log submission timestamps and IP addresses for spam prevention. Google Analytics also collects limited website-usage information such as page views, device type, approximate location and traffic source. We do not send medication details, health information, email addresses or form contents to Google Analytics.

We don't collect payment information, physical addresses, or health data through this site.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general website performance, such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and whether the priority-list journey is working. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the website. PillsDock does not intentionally send health information, medication information, email addresses or other form contents to Google Analytics.

How we use it

To send you updates about PillsDock's development and Kickstarter launch.
To let you know when the product becomes available to order.

We don't use your email for anything beyond these updates, and we don't sell, rent, or trade it to third parties.

Where it's stored

Wishlist submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting and forms provider, and are accessible to us for the purpose of sending the updates described above. If we move to a dedicated email tool before launch (for example, for newsletter delivery), we'll update this policy to name that provider before doing so.

Fonts

This site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Loading a font involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which may see your IP address as part of that request. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Your choices

Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.
You can ask us to delete your email address from our list at any time.
You can ask what data we hold about you.

Children's privacy

This site and wishlist are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

As PillsDock moves from concept to Kickstarter to product, this policy will be updated to reflect new data practices (for example, order and shipping details once we begin taking pledges). We'll update the "Effective" date above whenever that happens.
